Logan Beal, M.S.

Registered Psychology Associate

Ms. Beal is committed to working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing difficulty and/or conflict within various aspects of their lives. She conducts psychological assessments and does therapy. She has a breadth of clinical experience within the inpatient and outpatient setting, where she worked closely with adolescents and children managing a wide range of psychological diagnoses, internalizing symptoms, and externalizing symptoms while prioritizing crisis stabilization. She has experience working with children with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, and learning challenges.

Ms. Beal utilizes an integrative and evidence-based approach to practice, allowing her to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws from various modalities while maintaining a strong foundation in research-supported practices. Cultural sensitivity is a core value in her work— creating a space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, andrespected is prioritized. In therapy her approach emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

Daphne R. Bolden, APRN-PMH, CNS BC

Nurse Psychotherapist

Ms. Bolden has been a behavioral health nurse for over 30 years. She is an advanced practice nurse with 20 years of experience specializing in Individual, Group, and Family counseling. She is experienced in treating Anxiety, Major Depression, Bipolar, and Trauma. She has 15 years of experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders. She believes that her clients are the driver of their goals and she assists them in finding what is most important to them. Ms. Bolden uses a patient-centered approach that builds on clients’ strengths. She enjoys assisting individuals facing challenges in managing their mental health and in finding healing and peace.  She is passionate about living an abundant life. She feels that nursing is her calling.

Ms. Bolden also has many interests. Music is also her passion. She is a world traveler. She considers herself a humble servant willing to help people better their lives. She is a sister, an aunt, a grandmother. Family is her world. A firm believer in self-care and Spiritual practices.​

Malkia Balogun, LCSW-C

Social Worker

Ms. Balogun's journey was a long road; many life experiences were a driving force in the decision to initially enter the field of social work. Ms. Balogun gained some experience early in her career in other roles but after seeing many barriers to treatment, she felt she could do more by supporting individuals through therapy.

Ms. Balogun has experienced working with teens and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma. Ms. Balogun specialized in working with youth in the foster care system, helping transitioning youth to navigate independent living. Ms. Balogun's education and experience has also included work with PRP agencies, a domestic violence prevention program, and adults within the criminal justice system. The experience of providing a space where clients can feel safe and respected has helped shape Ms. Balogun's perspective and she strongly feels therapy can be the "change agent."

Ms. Balogun uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Task Centered Approach when working with clients. Her belief is that learning to reshape negative thinking patterns and address specific issues to resolve will support clients with taking control over their overall health. Ms. Balogun believes that everyone has the ability to feel empowered to take control of situations and gain the confidence needed to manage undesirable behaviors and emotions. Using a strength perspective model and client/therapist collaborative approach, sessions with Ms. Balogun will be geared towards individuals’ goals regarding specific mental health needs. Ms. Balogun will provide a supportive environment that is welcoming and free of judgment.​

Phyllis Guthua, Psy.D.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Guthua is dedicated to working with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties at home, school, or work. Dr. Guthua enjoys taking part in individuals’ stories as they have overcome obstacles and become better equipped with tools that could help them better enjoy life.

 

Dr. Guthua has experience working with children, teens, and adults who have ADHD, Autism, and various mood disorders (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.). As a clinician, Dr. Guthua has extensive experience conducting comprehensive (neuro)psychological and psychoeducational assessments on children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties associated with learning, behavior, emotions, and developmental delays. In therapy, Dr. Guthua uses a variety of approaches based on each individual’s needs, but always functions from a strengths-based perspective. The techniques she uses include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also offers parent support sessions to families of young children. 

 

Dr. Guthua provides a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free environment for all individuals and consistently aims to establish a collaborative, empathic, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with them. She continues to endeavor to enhance her clinical knowledge and skills so that she could provide the best quality service to people seeking help.

Kiayra Ingram, Ph.D., LCSW-C

Social Worker

As a Baltimore native, Dr. Ingram brings both lived experience and clinical training to the work she does with individuals and families. Dr. Ingram is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. Growing up, her foundation was built on faith, family, and hard work, and these values continue to shape her approach to therapy.


Dr. Ingram specializes in working with teens, young adults, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or difficulty finding their voice and confidence. Her background includes working with individuals living with disabilities, older adults in care settings, and students in both public schools and college environments. She also has experience supporting families through her work with the child welfare system.


Dr. Ingram’s approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. She uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing. Regardless of one’s struggle with past trauma, current stressors, or future uncertainty, Dr. Ingram provides a safe and supportive space to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose. Dr. Ingram’s goal as a therapist is to empower youth and families to see their worth, reclaim their power, and live a life aligned with their values.

Libby Jolkovsky, M.S.

Registered Psychology Associate

Ms. Jolkovsky is committed to working with children, adolescents, young and older adults who are struggling with challenges in their lives.  Working with individuals experiencing trauma and loss resonates with her. She has experience working with individuals dealing with infertility and chronic medical conditions. Similarly, she works with families who are dealing with such issues as school refusal, bullying, and issues around healthy eating.  She works with children and adults with ADHD, Autism, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.

Ms. Jolkovsky has a warm collaborative approach that is tailored to each individual meeting them where they are. She integrates evidence and strength-based practices while also incorporating holistic tools such as mindfulness. 

​

In therapy she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and understood. She believes healing begins when we reconnect with our inner strengths and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
