Logan Beal, M.S.
Registered Psychology Associate
Ms. Beal is committed to working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing difficulty and/or conflict within various aspects of their lives. She conducts psychological assessments and does therapy. She has a breadth of clinical experience within the inpatient and outpatient setting, where she worked closely with adolescents and children managing a wide range of psychological diagnoses, internalizing symptoms, and externalizing symptoms while prioritizing crisis stabilization. She has experience working with children with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, and learning challenges.

Ms. Beal utilizes an integrative and evidence-based approach to practice, allowing her to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. She draws from various modalities while maintaining a strong foundation in research-supported practices. Cultural sensitivity is a core value in her work— creating a space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, andrespected is prioritized. In therapy her approach emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

Phyllis Guthua, Psy.D.
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Guthua is dedicated to working with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties at home, school, or work. Dr. Guthua enjoys taking part in individuals’ stories as they have overcome obstacles and become better equipped with tools that could help them better enjoy life.
Dr. Guthua has experience working with children, teens, and adults who have ADHD, Autism, and various mood disorders (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.). As a clinician, Dr. Guthua has extensive experience conducting comprehensive (neuro)psychological and psychoeducational assessments on children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulties associated with learning, behavior, emotions, and developmental delays. In therapy, Dr. Guthua uses a variety of approaches based on each individual’s needs, but always functions from a strengths-based perspective. The techniques she uses include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also offers parent support sessions to families of young children.
Dr. Guthua provides a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free environment for all individuals and consistently aims to establish a collaborative, empathic, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with them. She continues to endeavor to enhance her clinical knowledge and skills so that she could provide the best quality service to people seeking help.

Kiayra Ingram, Ph.D., LCSW-C
Social Worker
As a Baltimore native, Dr. Ingram brings both lived experience and clinical training to the work she does with individuals and families. Dr. Ingram is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. Growing up, her foundation was built on faith, family, and hard work, and these values continue to shape her approach to therapy.
Dr. Ingram specializes in working with teens, young adults, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or difficulty finding their voice and confidence. Her background includes working with individuals living with disabilities, older adults in care settings, and students in both public schools and college environments. She also has experience supporting families through her work with the child welfare system.
Dr. Ingram’s approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. She uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing. Regardless of one’s struggle with past trauma, current stressors, or future uncertainty, Dr. Ingram provides a safe and supportive space to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose. Dr. Ingram’s goal as a therapist is to empower youth and families to see their worth, reclaim their power, and live a life aligned with their values.

Libby Jolkovsky, M.S.
Registered Psychology Associate
Ms. Jolkovsky is committed to working with children, adolescents, young and older adults who are struggling with challenges in their lives. Working with individuals experiencing trauma and loss resonates with her. She has experience working with individuals dealing with infertility and chronic medical conditions. Similarly, she works with families who are dealing with such issues as school refusal, bullying, and issues around healthy eating. She works with children and adults with ADHD, Autism, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.

Ms. Jolkovsky has a warm collaborative approach that is tailored to each individual meeting them where they are. She integrates evidence and strength-based practices while also incorporating holistic tools such as mindfulness.

In therapy she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and understood. She believes healing begins when we reconnect with our inner strengths and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

Justin Proctor, LCSW-C
Social Worker
Justin Proctor is very thankful to have worked in mental health treatment as early as 1998 starting at Sheppard Pratt Hospital. Since then, he’s been working with the majority of mental health ailments, mainly focusing on anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Mr. Proctor has also worked in all levels of the school system (Pre-K to 12th grade) providing individual, family, and group counseling.
Mr. Proctor enjoys surfing, snowboarding, martial arts, and a strong support network, for which he credits his own recovery program. Mr. Proctor believes that movement and addressing the body, mind and spirit are undervalued and underutilized components of a holistic sustainable recovery program. If you work with Mr. Proctor, you can expect a chill, mindful approach that seeks to put you back in the driver’s seat of your own life, ultimately feeling better.

Deborah Stevens, LCSW-C, MPH
Social Worker
Ms. Stevens is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and case management to diverse populations. She is skilled in supporting clients who are experiencing troubled relationships, problems in school/work, life transitions, low motivation, depressed mood, anxiety, anger and other symptoms.

Ms. Stevens is known for building strong therapeutic relationships, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for access to community resources and care. She is committed to promoting emotional wellness, empowerment, and sustainable change through empathy, cultural humility, and clinical excellence. She is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve goals and overcoming life challenges. While working with Ms. Stevens you will be encouraged to embrace your strengths, learn new skills, challenge negative thoughts/assumptions, and discern when grace should be given to yourself or others.

Ms. Stevens is passionate about client support and empowerment, and she is competent in providing individual and family therapy. She uses trauma-informed and strength-based practices and engages in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.
